Find answers to commonly asked questions about our booking process and services

We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and 3-6 months for other events, especially during peak season (April-October). This ensures you get your preferred date and venue space. However, we occasionally have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to inquire about your preferred date. For intimate gatherings or corporate events, a shorter booking window may be possible.

Our payment structure typically includes:

  • 25% initial deposit to secure your date
  • 50% payment three months before the event
  • Remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event

For cancellations:

  • 90+ days before: 50% of deposit refundable
  • 60-89 days before: 25% of deposit refundable
  • Less than 60 days: Non-refundable

We offer flexible rescheduling options up to 60 days before your event date, subject to availability.

We offer comprehensive catering services including:

  • Customizable menus featuring local and seasonal ingredients
  • Multiple cuisine options (Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.)
  • Dietary accommodation (Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free)
  • Professional service staff
  • Full bar service with custom cocktail options
  • Outside catering allowed with additional fee

Our culinary team can create a menu that perfectly matches your event theme and preferences.

Our standard venue fee includes:

  • Exclusive use of the selected venue space
  • Basic setup and cleanup
  • Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests
  • Standard white linens and tableware
  • Basic lighting and sound system
  • Complimentary parking
  • On-site event coordinator
  • Getting ready rooms for wedding parties
  • WiFi access throughout the venue

Additional services, decor, and rentals are available at extra cost.

Our accommodation options include:

  • 10 Luxury Cottages (2-4 guests each)
  • 5 Premium Suites (2-3 guests each)
  • Special group rates for event bookings
  • Complimentary breakfast for all staying guests
  • Access to pool and recreational facilities

We can also recommend nearby hotels and arrange transportation for additional guests. Early booking is recommended as our accommodations are in high demand during peak season.
